The apartment is located in a completely restored historic building from the mid-19th century. It is a bright duplex, facing east and with a modern and especially cozy character.
Decorated in a contemporary style, the lower floor is made up of a single open-plan space that is completely exterior. It has a balcony and window to the street and includes the living room, dining room and kitchen area. It has all the necessary amenities for your stay.
The upper floor, with identical distribution, orientation and ceiling height, has a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom.

* There are 2 electric radiators, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Additionally, there is a towel rack in the bathroom.
* It has 2 fans. One on the wall, on the lower floor and another small one on a table above the dresser.
* There is no air conditioning.

The Las Letras neighborhood is a traffic-restricted area. Only residents and authorized vehicles, such as electric cars, can access. It is also possible to access, without a fine, only if you park in public parking.
Our recommendation is to park outside the M30 (Universities area or Marqués de Vadillo area) and access by public transport. If you need to access by vehicle, contact us.
